Quick Summary
Free Trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card or payment information is required to start your trial.
Subscription & Billing
WeekdayApp offers per-user subscription plans billed either monthly or annually. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. You must manually subscribe after your trial — there is no automatic billing.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
How to Cancel
Navigate to Settings → Subscription in your WeekdayApp dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription". Alternatively, email us at support@theweekdayapp.com.
Access After Cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier with view-only access.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription and regain full access. You may also export your data at any time before or during this period.
Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually). Cancellation stops future billing, and access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Exceptions — Refund May Be Issued
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email support@theweekdayapp.com with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual (yearly) subscriptions:
