Adding clients

Add a single client

  1. 1. Navigate to Clients in the sidebar
  2. 2. Click Add Client
  3. 3. Enter company name, contact details, VAT number, and billing address
  4. 4. Set default billing rates and payment terms
  5. 5. Click Save Client

Bulk import via CSV

Import multiple clients at once by uploading a CSV file. Go to Clients > Bulk Upload.

  • Company name
  • Trading name
  • Registration number
  • VAT number

Contact Details

  • Primary contact
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address

Billing Settings

  • Default hourly rate

  • Use tags to categorise clients by industry or service type
